About Us

Brief description

I offer individual counselling in a safe environment, using a mixture of approaches including Person Centred, Humanistic, CBT and Solution Focused. My experience includes bereavement and loss, low self esteem, fears and phobias, panic and anxiety, relationship issues, stress, redundancy, work issues.
