About Us

Karate classes are on Monday and Wednesday nights, juniors 6.0-7.0pm adults 7.15-8.45pm. We also offer ladies only kickboxing classes taught by a female instructor on Tuesday evenings from 6pm. A mixed martial arts class is taught every Friday from 6.30pm. All classes are taught by experienced instructors in a well equipped private environment. We operate as a pay as you train club, with no joining fee or monthly direct debits.

Specialist Services:

We operate as a Pay as you Train club, which has no joining fee or no monthly direct debits. Which means you only pay for the classes you attend, eg if you are on holiday or ill, then you don't pay anything.

Future Services:

We have also recently started a beginners karate class every Saturday morning from 10.30am. All classes are taught by experienced instructors in a well equipped private environment.
