Exercise caution
We had a kitchen installed about 4 years ago. Excellent design service, excellent range of kitchens and bedrooms, all made on the premises to a very good standard. For me they were let down by their fitters. In our small kitchen we had cupboards not closing properly, cooker hood extractor ducting simply not fitted, holes not filled, minor stuff but things that would have given a better end result. The cautionary tale here is the firm themselves are really good but their fitters are typical British tradesmen - they'll cut corners where they can.
