Once upon a time there were three hardworking women who all shared a similar outlook on life. They wanted to ensure their families had fresh, healthy food to eat. They were concerned with the modern attitude to food and what we eat. They were concerned about the effects of mass production on the environment and animal welfare. They wanted to buy from local producers. They worried about the world they would be leaving behind for their children. They looked around for ways to follow these principles that would fit into their busy lifestyles ? they were all working mums ? and try as they might, they just couldn?t find what they were looking for. Everything was too inflexible, too basic or too inconvenient. They thought to themselves, ?There must be other people that want to do their best for themselves and their families but can?t find anyone to help them?..? and so The Honest Food Partnership was born.
