Your Vehicle, Your Work, Our Garage

open to anyone with the basic knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm to work on and maintain their own vehicle but don't have the necessary space or tools or the wish to pay ever increasing mechanics bills....
My aim was to set up a dedicated workshop to allow anyone to be able to work on their vehicles when ever they want to, providing the tools and equipment you wished you had at home but don't have the space for, or can't justify the cost for that one off job.

How to use the DIY Garage

The DIY garage is open 7 days a week , we are fully up and running now , booking is adviseable but you can just pop in and if we have a ramp free you can use it there and then, Please bring your driving license with you.

Along with a booking form a DISCLAIMER form MUST BE completed ( this only needs to be completed once)

There's a minimum 1 hour charge for the bays, and then you will be charged in ½ hour segments – we won't be watching you by the minute, don't worry. If you need to wait for a part delivery we'll stop the clock for you and if it turns into a longer term parts wait, a rebuild or if you have a restoration project or similar, we do have storage options available. Please call for details. please remember that block bookings are cheaper.

The only jobs that you can't do in the diy garage are welding and paint spraying, though we are hoping to have separate facilities where these things may be done in the future

Prices

This is a basic price list for workshop (lots more Oil, Filters etc)
Ramp £15 per hour see below for hourly rates
Basic bay £10 per our
Basic bay for bikes £5 per hour
Bike bay with lift £8.50 per hour
Tools hire £6 per visit
Oil disposal £2
Tyre disposal £2
Car Storage £7 per week
Caravan Storage £170 per year depending on size,
Caravan washed and ready to go £15 on request
Caravan servicing (Basic excl parts) £30 Brakes, Tyres, Water filters etc
Full day rental (booking required) £90 Max 10 hours (payment in advance)

This is a place you can work on your car or bike in a warm friendly environment, with help on hand if needed. get your bikes ready for season, your car ready for the track, check over before MOT you choose. work as much or as little it up to you.
a chill out area for when you just want to call in, meet up have a cuppa etc. there will be bike nights and car nights, a chance to catch up, and check out different bikes on bike nights and cars on car nights , swap ideas over a cuppa and relax :)
